Dealing with y daughter something bubbled up that my dad used to say to/about me: cass, if I was fighting a war I would want you next to me. And you're the last person I'd want on the other side.
He, according to him was talking about my "never quit" to quote him, which I never saw and still don't. At first I thought he just meant cuz I was tough. That I could see ( I used to be a lot tougher). But tenacity? It's time to see if he knew what he was talking about.
But I do see this in my daughter and I hope her life is so much alwasier and that she never doubts the amazing strength she is.
